General settings
The handful of settings other features build on.
What it controls
Timezone and locale — used anywhere the bot shows a date or time (case logs, scheduled polls, transcripts).
Staff roles — anyone with one of these roles counts as staff for suggestions, applications, tickets, and reviews, even without Manage Server.
Log channel — where background/ops notices go: a failed auto-role grant, moderation case logs, and similar staff-facing alerts.
Set this up first
It's worth configuring this before anything else — most other features check staff roles or the log channel, and they fall back sensibly if unset, but setup goes faster once these are in place.
